- Yes, you can add items to an order that has not been shipped.
- Send us an e-mail so that we can hold your current order.
- As we are unable to charge to your credit card manually, you will need to place a new order for the additional items.

- Yes, if you have forgotten to claim the free movie with your order, send us an e-mail and provide us with your order number and the free movie title.
- The free movie will not be shipped separately from your order if it was claimed after your order has been shipped. Instead, it will be shipped with your next order.
